Day 1: 10/18/2024 - Board Your Overnight Flight

Day 2: 10/19/2024 - Arrival in Athens, Greece

Arrive in Athens, Greece and transfer to your luxury hotel, located in the center of the city. Time to rest or to start exploring the Hellenic capital. (B)

Day 3: 10/20/2024 - Athens City Tour

Athens City tour: Today you will see the monuments that have made Athens famous, such as the Temple of Zeus, the Royal Palace, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Olympic Stadium. You will have a guided tour of the Acropolis and visit the world famous Parthenon, a magnificent temple built by the Athenians around 3000 B.C. Your afternoon will be spent at your leisure. This evening, enjoy an authentic Greek experience with a festive evening of music, dancing and local cuisine. (B, DS)

Day 4: 10/21/2024 - Free Day - Option to Delphi

Today you will have a free day to explore this interesting city. If you like you can take an optional excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage site Delphi and the temple of Apollo. Explore the Doric Temple of Apollo and see what the Greeks consider the center of the world. (B)

Day 5: 10/22/2024 - Athens - Ferry to Mykonos

After breakfast transfer to the port to take the Ferry to Mykonos. You will depart Rafina around 7:15 am and arrive in Mykonos around 9:40 am. Transfer to hotel in Mykonos, and enjoy the remainder of the day free to explore the beloved Island of the international "Jet-Setters" with its whitewashed cubic houses, windmills and chapels, the wonderful sandy beaches, shops, galleries and the incredible night life. Explore the towns' winding narrow streets, visit Paraportiani, one of the many churches on the Island, or enjoy a drink at little Venice. (B)

Day 6: 10/23/2024 - Mykonos Island Tour

This morning, discover the highlights of Mykonos on a comfortable city walking tour to the unique sites like Little Venice and the windmill area, Paraportiani church and the harbor front. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. (B)

Day 7: 10/24/2024 - Mykonos - Ferry to Santorini

Enjoy your breakfast and then transfer to Mykonos port for your ferry to Santorini. Ferry departs Mykonos around 9:50 am and you will arrive in Santorini around 12:00 pm. Upon arrival on the Island of Santorini,transfer to your hotel for check in and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure exploring on your own.. (B)

Day 8: 10/25/2024 - Santorini Island Tour

Today explore the island of Santorini in a day tour. Learn about the history of the island, admire the architecture of its traditional villages, leisure at its volcanic beaches and live Oia's sunset experience! Your tour begins by exploring Emporio, one of the oldest and most authentic traditional villages of Santorini, built like a small labyrinth and visit its medieval fortress (15th century). Continue to Perissa beach where you will have some free time at one of the longest black sandy beaches in the Cyclades and the most popular beach of Santorini. Proceed to a local winery and taste Santorini's distinctive wines while learning about one of the oldest vineyards in Europe. You will then make a short stop at Profitis Ilias, the highest peak of Santorini (567 meters) to admire the striking panoramic view of the entire island. You will conclude your tour with a visit of the popular village of Oia, the most photographed place in Greece. Enjoy free time to experience its legendary sunset. (B)

Day 9: 10/26/2024 - Santorini - Athens

This morning you will be transferred to Santorini Airport for you flight to Athens. Upon arrival in Athens, depart for your full day trip to Mycenae Epidaurus. Leave Athens by the scenic coastal road and reach the Corinth Canal (short photo stop). Enjoy the imposing landscape in the Corinth Canal's protected waters, one of the 19th Century world's engineering masterpieces with history that starts as early as 602 B.C. Continue to Epidaurus with its 4th century B.C. theatre, famous for its astonishing acoustics. The town of Nafplion, your next stop, a modern seaside resort and old town, is crowned by the mighty ramparts at the Palamidi Fortress. The last stop of the day is Mycenae, the Homeric city of Atreides, the city "rich in gold" of the ancient poets. Visit the Lion's Gate, the Cyclopean Walls and the Royal Tombs. Return to Athens and check in at hotel. (B)

Day 10: 10/27/2024 - Athens - Home

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Athens airport for your return flights home. (B)

Delphi full day tour

Pass through the towns of Levadia and Arachova – both famous for their production of brightly colored carpets – and arrive in Delphi around midday. First stop is a tour of the Delphi archeological site – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and easily one of the most important digs in Europe.
